STANDARD SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES
Your shipping charges will be calculated upon checkout. Note that you will
learn your shipping charges BEFORE you finalize your order. When you checkout,
simply select Standard-Residential (if delivery is to a home) or Standard-Business
(if delivery is to a business). If you choose Standard-Residential or Standard-Business,
based on what you order and the delivery address, we will ship your order either
via U.S. Mail or UPS. Standard Shipping generally takes 3-7 business days for
delivery.
EXPRESS SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES
We also ship UPS. Express shipping charges are based on the package weight
and destination zip code. Delivery time is based on business days -- weekends
and holidays are not included.
To ensure that you receive your UPS package, you can request a signature be
required on all UPS shipments. If this is the case, make sure that someone is
available at the shipping address during delivery hours. If you are at work
during the day, we recommend shipping to your business address.
UPS packages allow for tracking and are insured for up to $100.
We cannot be responsible for delays in carrier deliveries.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, we ship only to Canada and only via UPS. This method generally
takes 3-7 business days, and does allow for order tracking. Also international
packages are insured for $100USD.
ORDER SHIPPING TIMES
Orders placed before 2 p.m. EST generally ship the same business day. Orders
placed on holidays or weekends will ship the following business day.
We do not ship orders on weekends or on the following holidays: Christmas Eve,
Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Independence Day and
Thanksgiving Day.
ORDERING METHODS
You may place your order using one of the following methods:
- CREDIT CARD: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover
and Diners Club. Our site uses 100% Secure Socket Layer software that fully
encrypts your credit card information, preventing unauthorized access.
- PHONE: To place your order by phone with a credit card, please call
us toll-free at 1-800-707-8763 from anywhere in the United States.
At this time, we do not accept orders by fax.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
All of our products are guaranteed so we gladly accept returns within 30 days
after you receive your purchase. We deem receipt to be 10 business days after
your order is shipped. To return merchandise, please send the unused portion
of the product with a copy of the receipt to:

Please allow 6-8 weeks for refunds.
If you want to make an exchange, simply follow the above instructions for processing
a return and simply order the item(s) you want from our site.
Unless your item is damaged or defective, you will be responsible for return
shipping fees.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your receive an item that is defective or damaged, please send an email
to cs@mmproducts.net indicating your order number and describing the defect
or damage. We will send you instructions regarding how to process the return.
You will not incur any return or re-shipping fees for defective or damaged products.
